The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame has posted official video of Soundgarden and Taylor Momsen performing “Rusty Cage” at the 2025 induction ceremony that took place in November at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.
The full ceremony aired live on Disney+, where it remains available to stream, while an edited version was broadcast on ABC on January 1st. Now, the Rock Hall has uploaded the “Rusty Cage” performance to its official YouTube channel for everyone to see.
Momsen, who has long cited Soundgarden and the late Chris Cornell as her musical heroes, delivered a stellar performance of the Badmotorfinger single. The singer, who fronts the band The Pretty Reckless, was joined by surviving Soundgarden members Kim Thayil, Matt Cameron, and Ben Shepherd, along with Pearl Jam guitarist Mike McCready, for the performance.
