Who is Committing Genocide?

Who is Committing Genocide?

Hamas has successfully convinced activists from LA to Tokyo that Israel is committing genocide in its attack on the Gaza Strip.  But the real maker of genocide in Gaza is Hamas.

The latest story on the Hamas War is a blockbuster from the New York Times that ran on Wednesday November 7th.  In it, the Times quotes Khalil al-Hayya, a member of Hamas’s top leadership.  And this Hamas leader reveals the terror group’s real goal:  a permanent war on all of Israel’s borders.

A war involving all of Israel’s Arab neighbors.  Setting the Middle East aflame.  And producing a struggle that would invite World War III.

The Times explains that Hamas’ goal is “put the Palestinian issue back on the table.”  As if all that Hamas wants is a two-state solution. But the Times is being conned.

Another Hamas official was more candid.  He explained in Arabic to the Lebanese TV station LBCI in October that the real goal is the annihilation of Israel.  As the slogan being chanted in streets worldwide adds “From the river to the sea.”

The real goal is genocide.  Hamas’  mission, in fact, is to follow Mohammed’s orders and to kill all the world’s Jews.  Remember, Mohammed insisted,  “Whoever of the Jews falls into your hands, kill him.” And, the Day of Judgement “will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say, ‘O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him.’”’

Or as the Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, the founder of today’s Iran put it, “Islam has obliterated many tribes    because they were …harmful to the welfare of Moslems.”   In other words, Mohammed ordered obliterating the Jews.  Mohammed ordered genocide.

Meanwhile, the most common sort of Hamas War news story in the last week was the outrage roused on November 4th when Israel bombed an ambulance outside the Shifa Hospital, the biggest hospital in Gaza.

But this story was the opposite of what it seemed.  The Hamas publicity machine painted the ambulance bombing as a crime against humanity and claimed that dozens of civilians had been killed. Including five children.

Hamas used the incident to drive home its key propaganda point: that Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinians.

But who is really setting up this genocide?  Wednesday Israel’s Army Radio revealed that Hamas’ headquarters, its top command and control center, is underneath Shifa Hospital.  In other words, if Israel attacks Hamas headquarters, it may be forced to kill the thousands of civilians who have flocked to the hospital for safety.  Despite Israel’s leaflets to those civilians urging them to leave.

Hamas is using its civilians as cheese in a mouse trap.  But, in fact, Israel is closing in on this Hamas nerve center despite its massive human shield.

When the bombed ambulance story broke, the Israelis tried to tell us that Hamas was using ambulances as a military taxi service, carrying troops out of one battle and into the next, and carrying weapons and ammunition.  Using ambulances so that Hamas soldiers can pop up, ambush Israeli fighters, then disappear again.

On Wednesday November 8th, Israel produced the proof. Israel’s Shin Bet, its FBI, released video tape of a Hamas prisoner being interrogated.  Seemingly with no torture or compulsion anywhere in sight.

The Hamas fighter apparently knew what he was talking about.  He had excellent terrorist credentials.  He was one of the terrorists who tortured, raped, and killed 1,400 people in southern Israel on October 7th.  He was a member of the Nukhba Force.

Here’s what he said:

Hamas “has its own ambulances …. The appearance of [Hamas] ambulances is similar to civilian ambulances so that they do not arouse suspicion or be bombed by Israel.”

In other words, Hamas is hiding behind the skirts of humanitarianism.

But that’s not all.  The Hamas terrorist goes on to say,

“Most of Hamas’ senior political and military figures are hiding in hospitals especially Shifa Hospital.”

Remember, Shifa Hospital is where the Israeli attack on an ambulance occurred.   The captured Hamas fighter goes on to say,

“During combat, ambulances are also used to evacuate fighters and operatives. They also transport food, IEDs [Improvised Explosive Devices], and weapons because that’s the safest way to get there.”

Then he adds casually,  “I can leave with any ambulance I want.”  Meaning that he can go from any location he wants to any destination he chooses by ambulance.

In other words, ambulances are Uber and Lyft for Hamas.  They are necessary military targets for the Israelis.

Meanwhile, the captured soldier added that, “a lot of the Gaza Strip had been booby-trapped with cables leading to the operating systems.”  And where are these military operating systems?  The captured fighter says, “in Mosques and civilian clinics.”   You heard that right.  Hamas military operating systems are in mosques and medical clinics.

Hamas has guaranteed the deaths of thousands of Gaza’s civilians by building 311 miles of military tunnels beneath homes, kindergartens, mosques, and, most important, hospitals.

And in the eyes of Hamas, the ten thousand civilian lives lost in the Gaza Strip are not lost at all.  These innocent civilians killed in Israeli bombings or in accidental attacks from failed Hamas or Islamic Jihad rockets are shahid.  They are martyrs.  They go to paradise.

Their lives on earth are short.  But in Islam, paradise is forever.  So Hamas believes those ten thousand civilians killed have not lost, they’ve gained. Those ten thousand lives are ten thousand victories for Hamas.  Propaganda victories.

                                ***

Wednesday’s New York Times story puts it like this, “in the bloody arithmetic of Hamas’s leaders, the carnage is not the regrettable outcome of a big miscalculation. Quite the opposite, they say: It is the necessary cost of a great accomplishment.”  But that’s not the half of it.

These are deliberate deaths.  Deaths Hamas has used as weapons.

Two militant Islamic slogans sum it up like this: “We love death more than you love life.” And “Islam is a tree that grows on severed limbs.”
