Pulp will return to the stage next year for the first time since their 2011-12 reunion dates. Jarvis Cocker and the band will play a string of festival, arena, and stadium shows around the UK and Ireland. Check out the dates below.

In a press release, Cocker said:

Three months ago, we asked, What exactly do you do for an encore?”

 Well…

An encore happens when the crowd makes enough noise to bring the band back to the stage

 So…

We are playing in the UK & Ireland  in 2023

 Therefore…

Come along & make some noise

 See you there

Cocker announced the reformation in a Q&A with The Guardian earlier this year. The last time Pulp reformed—playing their last concerts in December 2012—Cocker told fans they were not writing new music, though they did team up with LCD Soundsystem’s James Murphy for a new recording of old demo “After You.”

In 2014, the band released a documentary, A Film About Life, Death & Supermarkets; Cocker released the memoir Good Pop, Bad Pop this year. In the last couple of years, he has provided music for Wes Anderson’s The French Dispatch and, with his his Jarv Is… project, released an album called Beyond the Pale.
