Entertainment

Saturday Night Live returns to the air next month. Today, it’s been announced that Megan Thee Stallion will be the musical guest for the 46th season premiere, with comedian Chris Rock to host. The appearance will mark the first-ever SNL appearance for the rap star, and the third time hosting for Rock. The season premiere airs October 3 on NBC at 11:30 p.m. ET.

Megan Thee Stallion recently made an appearance in the Time 100 most influential people list. Her latest album Suga was released in March. In August, her Cardi B collaboration “WAP” debuted with what was the biggest-ever streaming week at the time, breaking a record that was then held by Ariana Grande.
