The Regrettes are breaking up. The Los Angeles four-piece shared the news via Instagram and Twitter on Thursday (November 14th), adding that they will be playing a farewell show together on December 21st at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles.
“If you’re reading this or you’ve been to a show or bought a record, you’ve given us all some of the best years of our lives,” the band wrote on Instagram. “After all these amazing years together, we are parting ways to focus on other projects.”
The band says that there is “absolutely nothing but love in our hearts for each other,” and they hope for their final show to be a place to “dance and celebrate the end of an incredible run.”

After forming in 2015, The Regrettes released three LPs: 2017’s Feel Your Feelings Fool!, 2019’s How Do You Love?, and last year’s Further Joy. Most recently, the band opened for Yungblud on his 2023 tour.
Tickets for The Regrettes’ farewell show on December 21st at the Fonda Theatre will be on sale to the general public here beginning on Friday, November 17th at 10:00 a.m. PT.
