Dua Lipa Has No “Illusion” on New Single: Stream

Dua Lipa is back with “Illusion,” the latest single from her upcoming new album, Radical Optimism.

Arriving alongside a music video shot in sunny Barcelona, “Illusion” sees Dua Lipa’s sound expand beyond the nu-disco vibe that colored her 2020 album Future Nostalgia. Featuring production by Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker, the song embraces a modern pop arrangement, with a catchy hook to boot. Watch the music video below.

“Illusion” is the third single from Radical Optimism to arrive, following last year’s “Houdini” and February’s “Training Season.” The full record — named one of the most anticipated albums of 2024 —is due on May 3rd via Warner Records, and will arrive on digital, vinyl, cassette, and CD formats. Pre-orders are ongoing.

Meanwhile, Dua Lipa has several European performances coming up, including sets at Glastonbury, Rock Werchter, and more. Check out her upcoming dates, and grab tickets here.

In other Dua Lipa news, she recently appeared in Matthew Vaughn’s twist-a-palooza film, Argylle. In February, she performed “Houdini” and “Training Season” at the 2024 Grammy Awards.
