A Nearly Crying Mike Johnson Warns That Democrats Will Investigate The Trump Family

The Supreme Court majority’s ruling that presidents have immunity for official acts means that if Democrats take back the House majority in a little more than two months, they are planning on handling investigations into potential Trump corruption differently than they did during the president’s first term.

Corruption in the second Trump administration appears more out in the open and involves people and organizations not covered by Trump’s immunity for official acts.

Any immunity from criminal prosecution that covers Trump and his official actions does not apply to members of his administration, his family, or anyone who is doing business with the Trumps.

House Democrats have already said that they plan to investigate Trump’s family and those doing business with them, but the thought of the Trump family being investigated nearly sent the Speaker of the House, or co-president as he likes to call himself, into hysterics.
